Akshay heads Strategy & Marketing for the group. After having consulted QSRs, Retail & Hospitality across geographies on strategy, loyalty & performance marketing and briefly working on Sales Strategy for Disney-Star he has taken up the challenge of scaling up the business with Lenexis.

Amit heads legal for Lenexis with 14+ years of experience in Commercials, Criminal and Civil Laws, Negotiable Instruments, Labour Laws, Writ Petitions, Constitution and has previously advised Café Coffee Day to Dr. Batra’s. A staunch believer of India Inc., Amit treats equity & justice as the cornerstones of his practise.

Anil leads IT for Lenexis and carries the Baton for continuous development of system & processes for the company as we rapidly scale up. Always on the lookout for efficiencies, Anil deploys his experience of 12 years across brands like Me n Moms, Jumboking, Amar Chitra Katha - Future Group to keep our systems humming & up to date.

Leading BD at Lenexis is Amol, who has opened 200+ stores across the country in a career spanning 22+ years. Amol has had prior experience at Dominos both as an operator and circle head for BD. A fitness enthusiast, he can be found exploring different markets to ascertain where the action is.

Having constructed 250+ stores in his 8 years at Dominos and many more in his 20+ years of career in Projects, Manish moved to Lenexis Foodworks in 2019 to take up his biggest challenge yet. At the helm of Projects Manish is pivotal to our quest to double our presence year on year.

Nirav Ajmera leads HR with 15+ years’ experience of managing Talent, career development, Culture change, HR Operations and transformation. At Lenexis he is responsible for leading people, organisation design & performance management in line with company’s vision to rapidly scale up. Nirav comes with 10 + years of prior experience at Jubilant Foodworks.

A one-stop solution for financial & MIS reporting, fund flow management, taxation, ERP development, Priyanka helms Finance & Accounting department at Lenexis. A Chartered Accountant by education, she has 12+ years’ experience with giants like L&T and ‘The Valley Group’ and is not shy to meddle in anything & everything in order to drive up better controls and system efficiencies.

An experience ranging ITC Mourya Sheraton Delhi, Barista coffee, Domino’s Pizza & Keventers, Devarajan, fondly known as Dev, has led markets of Delhi NCR, UP ,Uttrakhand, AP, Telangana, Karnataka & Middle East in different capacities. Backed by 24+ years of experience in retail, Hotel & QSR industry & armed with a ‘never say never’ attitude, Dev leads operations at Lenexis.

At the core of our business, with an experience of 22+ years is our seasoned Corporate Chef, Rahul Hajarnavis. An IHM pass out, Rahul has worked & curated menus in different capacities for the Taj Mahal Hotel, famous cruise liner QE2 and multiple brands for JSM. In his last stint he was at the helm of the award-winning Pan Asian Brand SHIRO, India & Lagos Nigeria.

Rammilan brings 21+ years of relevant experience as head of maintenance & procurement for Lenexis. Formerly circle head of Mumbai & Goa for Jubilant, Rammilan is known for delivering on vendor development, designing electrical load, ss equipment and bespoke equipment

With 13+ years of experience in Purchase, Sourcing and Managing Supply chain Reynold heads the Supply Chain for Lenexis and oversees our ever-growing logistical demands across geographies as well as 3PL operations and Warehousing. Assertive & persuasive, Reynold ensures that all raw materials meet the highest standards and undergo regular quality improvement and testing.

Sushma is a passionate Leader who believes that "Employee Centricity" is the key to success in any business and that requires a shift in culture and state of mind. She understands and contributes to Lenexis' core business strategies with learning strategies & programs closely aligned to drive revenue, service, and quality performance. Prior to Lenexis, she led Operations ,L&D and Guest services at Jubilant Foodworks Ltd & has gained a reputation as a thought leader. She has a passion for diving. Giving back to society is one mantra that she lives by!
